| TO PLACE AN ORDER Terms We require a 50% deposit to begin your order, and the balance due prior to shipping. We accept credit cards, debit cards, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and business checks. All checks will require 14 days to clear. Orders will not be considered valid until deposit is received. With authorization from Chattooga Woodworks, you may cancel your order within one week of order placement Due to the fact that each order is custom made after one week deposits become non-refundable. Every order will be confirmed with an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER. A copy of this acknowledgment also serves as the SHOP WORK ORDER from which your order will be produced. Please review your confirmation carefully and advise Chattooga Woodworks of any errors, omissions, or discrepancies. Your silence acknowledges that our acknowledgement is correct. Due to the fact that each piece is handmade, and each order varies in size and complexity, production times may vary. Production time is approximately 8-10 weeks. Shipping There will be a shipping and handling fee for each item according to size. Most items can be shipped through a standard carrier.
